We will NOT accept registrations and/or payments at the Marriott Scout Service Center.
All registrations will be done online. (There will not be any paper registration.)

Notice to all candidates
All ordeal candidates that have been elected during the election period (November 1, 2014, to May 31, 2015) should have received a written notice confirming their candidacy and an invitation to attend the upcoming ordeal from their chapter.
Please select a ticket of "Candidate (Montgomery Service Area)" when you register.
If you are unable to participate in your chapter ordeal you must contact your chapter adviser to make arrangements to attend one of the other listed ordeals. You must make arrangements in advance to attend an ordeal outside of your chapter/district.

2015 lodge dues ($14.00) are paid
If your dues are not current you will need to pay them.

It is the 100th Anniversary of the OA and we will be celebrating all year long. While you can pay just your 2015 dues on-line at www.ncacbsa.org/event/oadues2015 be sure to consider purchasing a Wipit Annual Passport to get access to all the Lodge events this year. The Passport does not include Ordeals.

All Order of the Arrow members/candidates who attend the Ordeal MUST complete the medical formhttp://www.scouting.org/scoutsource/healthandsafety/ahmr.aspx. (It is the first one on this page; it is used for activities of less than 72 hours. This does not require a doctor’s signature)
All medications need to be in the original containers with the Scouts' name, dosage requirements (containers will be returned), and with the correct amount of Medication for the weekend. This includes over the counter drugs with a signed note from Parent/Guardian with dosage and instructions on time to be taken. Place all containers in a zip-locked bag labeled with the Scouts' name.
BRING THE COMPLETED HEALTH & MEDICAL RECORD FORM WITH A PHOTOCOPY OF BOTH SIDES OF YOUR INSURANCE CARD TO THE ORDEAL, IF THE FAMILY DOES NOT HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE STATE "NONE"
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you arrive without your Health & Medical Record Form you will not be allowed to participate in the ordeal and will not receive a refund.
Cancelation Policy
Refunds for events with fees of $25.00 and over may be granted (less 15% handling fee) for the following reasons: sickness (with physician's statement), relocation, or death in the family.
Refund requests must be in writing and received by the Chapter Registration Ordeal Adviser, 30 days prior to theevent. Please direct all inquiries to: Mary Lou Gundersen, oagundersen@comcast.net. E-mails will be honored when youreceive a confirmation that it was received.
Fees cannot be credited toward another event. Refunds are not available for events with fees under $25.00.
